Terms & Conditions
By purchasing coaching programs and services offered by Jenna Park, Business Coach ("Coach"), you ("Client") agree to the following:
- Client receives the Welcome Email after the fees are received, which contains the details of the program and the duration of the coaching agreement terms.
- Generally, Client is advised to use the sessions at the rate of 3 sessions per month, however, he or she may use her sessions more quickly, as needed.
- The coaching procedure is that Client will meet Coach on her Zoom line provided in Welcome Email. If Client cannot log on to Zoom or will be late, Client will let Coach know by WhatsApp or Email.
- Client will do his or her best to create meaningful change in their life. As your Coach, I will do my best to bring empathic communication and provide a safe space for you to grow. I will inspire action with my belief in you and commitment to your success so that you have the courage and motivation to create powerful results. You will take full responsibility of your choices and actions derived from our work together. You will take financial responsibility of paying the fees.
- Coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or financial advisor. Client will find appropriate professionals for issues related to health or finances.
- In case of rescheduling and changes to a session, Client will give the Coach a minimum of 48 hours' notice via email and WhatsApp. Unless there is a medical emergency, if Client does not show up to a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited. Coach will also provide a 48 hours' notice at a minimum.
- Fees, once received, will not be refunded, however, you may use your credit amount to another program if it is available.
- Client information relayed during the programs will not be disclosed to anyone else without specific approval from Client.
- All details of the pricing agreement and the terms in Welcome Email are confidential.
